All products are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse with Australia Post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (same day shipping cut off 12pm)
Standard Post: $9.99, FREE standard shipping for orders over $75.
Express Post: $14.99 FREE Express Post on all orders over $150.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: sales@ballbrands.com.au

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If our gear fails to deliver, we will fully stand behind that product. If it fails to deliver on its one thousand and first wearing, we would consider that "reasonable wear and tear." Rather than shutting the door on returns after 30 days, we prefer to be flexible and judge each situation individually.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, please reference the following processes and steps:

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:

• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.

If your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will supply a prepaid return label. Please note we do not supply a prepaid return label for change-of-mind‍

REFUND AND RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Ball Brands Pty Ltd. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. *Please note that the initial shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded*

VESTS AND PACKS

We offer free exchanges on all Nathan Hydration Vests and Packs*. If you would like to exchange your pack please email us at:sales@ballbrands.com.au

and

• Include your order number (if known).
• Your name and address
• What size you would like to exchange it for
• Item(s) must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition
• We can exchange the vest/pack for a different style/colour, however if there is a price difference, additional payment/ partial refund may be actioned prior to despatch

We will send you and prepaid label* to return your item, and will despatch the replacement pack/vest upon receiving/ inspecting return. Please note, we only supply a prepaid return label for Vest and Pack exchanges, not change-of-mind.
