Standard Post: $9.99, FREE standard shipping for orders over $75.
Express Post: $14.99 FREE Express Post on all orders over $150.

If our gear fails to deliver, we will fully stand behind that product. If it fails to deliver on its one thousand and first wearing, we would consider that "reasonable wear and tear." Rather than shutting the door on returns after 30 days, we prefer to be flexible and judge each situation individually.

If your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will supply a prepaid return label. Please note we do not supply a prepaid return label for change-of-mind
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Ball Brands Pty Ltd. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. *Please note that the initial shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded*

We will send you and prepaid label* to return your item, and will despatch the replacement pack/vest upon receiving/ inspecting return. Please note, we only supply a prepaid return label for Vest and Pack exchanges, not change-of-mind.
